My telephone sessions or email exchanges provide individuals with important insight into the deeper regions of our psyche, where we discover vital knowledge about what we are holding on to that produces emotional and behavioral difficulties.

You can get a sense of how deeply I work by reading some of the articles on this website, or the articles at my other website www.QuestForSelf.com, or by ordering the books available here. Even people who have done a lot of psychotherapy rarely understand themselves this deeply.

Usually with new clients I am able from the very first session to identify their inner conflict and provide the knowledge that leads to resolution.

Freedom from many forms of suffering and behavioral problems are the rewards for acquiring this deep self-knowledge.

For the phone sessions, we can schedule the first appointment by phone or by email. The number to call to make an appointment is 626.585.0095. If you prefer to schedule by email, send me the times when you are available, and I will select a time that works and inform you by return email.

For a first email session, you send to me a biography of three to five or more pages, which provides some past and current family history, work and relationship status, personal concerns and worries, and what you want to resolve. I may then ask for additional information before I reply with my assessment.

My assessment, like the telephone session, is a method of teaching, through which you learn essential knowledge about yourself that, as it is assimilated, begins to free you of conflict and behavioral problems and to pave the way for your greater personal satisfaction. My writing of the assessment usually takes me an hour or more. The fee for the assessment is $90, the same as the charge for a 50-minute phone session.
